Michael Bause

A postcard from MICHAEL BAUSE, sent from Berlin, Germany. Michael is a visual artist, an abstract painter from Berlin, Germany. He has unique skills in experimenting with various types of a paint, layers and subtle shades of colors.  Michael is a lovely person and  a highly esteemed collegue of mine.

Together with Seraphina Lenz, Christian Bilger, Frank Eltner, Dirk Lebahn, und Julia Ziegler he founded and organizes the project space oqbo | raum für bild wort ton in Berlin. oqbo is definitely one of my favorite art spaces in Berlin. It is small sized but the exhibitions, readings and music sessions are often exquisite. good art & good people. oqbo also organizes in regular intervals paperfile, a real treasure chest for all lovers of paper and drawing. So it is no wonder that there is a significant overlap of artists and visitors attending oqbo events and my Anonymous Drawings project. Thank you, Michael for this postcard!
